HOW WE WORK
Start with the challenge. Not the supplier list.
FABRIC 0.01 exists to help brands, retailers and product teams move from a commercial problem to a credible next action.
You do not need to arrive with the answer. You need to tell us what is not working, what you want to improve, or what you are trying to make possible.
01 — DEFINE THE CHALLENGE
We begin with the problem: product, material, manufacturing, performance, end of life, packaging, sourcing or something that does not fit neatly into a category.
We look at the commercial reality alongside the idea: volume, target price, timing, market, current supply base and the outcome you need.
02 — FIND THE RIGHT ROUTE
We then identify the most relevant route through our network of technologies, materials, factories and specialists.
Sometimes the answer is a new technology. Sometimes it is a better manufacturing partner. Sometimes it is a material change. Sometimes it is one introduction.
03 — TEST IT
We prefer practical trials to endless presentations.
One product. One material. One waste stream. One controlled pilot.
Test the proposition, understand the cost, measure the result and decide whether it deserves to scale.
04 — COMMERCIALISE WHAT WORKS
If the trial has a credible result, we help connect the people needed to move it forward: brand, technology partner, material supplier, factory and commercial team.
The objective is not innovation theatre. It is commercially useful progress.
THE CHALLENGE AUDIT
For teams that need a more structured starting point, the FABRIC 0.01 Challenge Audit reviews the problem, identifies priority routes and sets out practical next steps and relevant introductions.
FABRIC 0.01 — Start with the challenge. We’ll make the introductions.
